Who We Are
NQRA was started by Randy Dinkins and area racers in and around the Mid Atlantic area in 2003. After starting and successfully running the Mid-Atlantic ATV Association for 5 years and promoting "America's Premier ATV Race"...The Virginia Beach ATV Extreme Weekend for 6 years, Randy decided he wanted to make the series grow and one day to rival the ATVA's GNC and Extreme Dirt Track Series' After taking a break from the racing scene in 2005, Randy has now joined forces with Route 66 Raceway to promote the "World's Richest Quad Race" in September 2008. The race will simply be known as
"Quad-sa-tion"
